CGA District 4
Year End Awards Program
The objective
of the Circle D Horsemen, CGA District 4 awards program is to reward Circle
D Members that ride and compete at our District 4 gymkhanas throughout the
year. This year end award program will give an incentive to riders to
compete with a chance at earning an awesome year end award that will be
given at our December Holiday Party.

To Be Eligible for CGA District 4, Circle D
Horsemen’s Assoc., year end awards you must:

Be a current member in good standing of Circle D Horsemen’s
Association.
·
Be a current member in good standing of California Gymkhana
Association.
·
Must compete in a minimum of 35 CGA District 4 gymkhana
classes at either a Regular or Points Only level. Time Only and Set
Up rides will NOT count.
·
Year End Awards program will run from January through October,
this will allow us time in November to accumulate points and order prizes.
·
If a horse becomes unable to compete for any reason, the rider
may transfer mounts and number of participating classes, but may not
transfer point accumulated from their prior mount.
·
Points will be accumulated for the award program year, January
through October for the horse/rider combination; award sign up form and
payment must be received by August 31st.

A horse/rider combination may only win ONE prize regardless if
they place in multiple divisions. The horse/rider will receive the award in
the higher division.
·
Lead Line Year End Participation – There will be
special Year End Award Participation awards to those lead line riders that
participate in atleast 20 CGA District 4 gymkhana classes. Sign up fee for
the lead line participants will be $25.00, Circle D Horsemen will contribute
$25.00 per lead line participant up to $100 and all money (sign up fees from
lead line participants and Circle D contribution not to exceed $100) will be
used to purchase Lead Line Year End Participation awards for all enrolled
participants who have met the requirements.
Cost: $25.00 for a horse/rider combination.
Fees are non-refundable.
