This is the first newsletter of many to follow for this new year. We hope that everyone had a great holiday season. We will be having guest speakers at the meetings this year. If you or anyone you know would like to speak please let Sarah or Matthew know. We are also going to be having treats to share each month. If you plan on attending please check to see what the theme is for that month and share your favorite treat with everyone.

President’s Corner

I hope that everyone had a wonderful holiday season.

I am very excited about the upcoming year. I can’t wait to get back to riding with all of you again. We have a number of new ideas to help the meetings and the club to be more fun and educational for everyone regardless of your experience. At the meetings are going to try having themed potlucks and guest speakers. I am excited to say I will be giving our first talk. I will be discussing Strangles and Pigeon Fever. Please come with your questions and your appetite. The meetings are very important and I want to encourage people to set aside the second Wednesday of every month to join us. WE have a number of topics to cover in the first meeting. Please come out and let your voice and ideas be heard. I look forward to seeing everyone at the meeting and making plans to better the club.

Christmas Party - Fun was had by all who attended. The year end awards were wonderful. The sponsorship awards were just as wonderful.

Thanks to everyone who donated the toys and can food. The dance lessons were great and most everyone seemed to be out there having fun. If you are thinking about signing up for a year end award or to sponsor a show by all means do it now.
